Create a custom entity

A custom entity is used to define multiple custom properties for a material.

1. Navigate to the s00047 Custom Entity Definition screen.

2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

3. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Create.

   In the Custom Entities grid, a blank row is created.

4. Select the General tab and enter the relevant details in the following fields:

   • Id: The unique ID of a custom entity.

   • Name: The name of the custom entity.

   • Description: The description of the custom entity.

5. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.

   The custom entity is created.
