Common fields in the screen

Field

Description

SI

Status Indicator: Indicates the status of a record related to validation errors, warnings, and updates.

Defined By

The ID of a user who created a record.

Defined At

The date and time when a record was created.

Updated By

The ID of a user who updated a record.

Updated At

The date and time when a record was updated.

Import Files Control Block

Field

Description

Unprocessed

Indicates all the unprocessed files appear in the Import Files grid.

Validated

Indicates all the validated files appear in the Import Files grid. A file is considered as validated if the file contains no errors and warnings when validation checks are run.

Processed

Indicates all the files processed for import appear in the Import Files grid.

Failed on Processing

Indicates all the files that failed while processing appear in the Import Files grid.

Archived

Indicates all the archived files appear in the Import Files grid.

Rejected

Indicates all the rejected files appear in the Import Files grid.

Failed on Validating

Indicates all files that failed while validating appear in the Import Files grid.

Processed With Errors

Indicates all the files processed for import with errors appear in the Import Files grid.

Validated With Errors

Indicates all the files that were validated with errors appear in the Import Files grid.

Loaded Since

The date from when you want to list the files.

All

All the checkboxes are selected.

None

All the checkboxes are cleared.

Import Files grid

The following table describes the fields in the General tab.

Description

Id

The ID of an import file.

Proj

Project: The ID of a project related to an import file.

Interface

The interface related to an import file.

Source Appl

Source Application: The ID of an application that created an import file.

Authoring Appl

Authoring Application: The ID of an application that created the information in an import file.

Identifier

The ID of a file defined in the source application of the file.

New/Modified

Indicates whether an import file is new or modified.

Process Status

The current status of an import file.

Import Staging Area

The import staging area location from where an import file is loaded.

Import File

The name of an import file.

Config

Configuration: The configuration related to an import file that indicates the file type.

Template Id

The ID of a template tag in an EIWM (.eiwm) import file.

Created

The date and time when an import file was created.

Modified

The date and time when an import file is modified.

File Size

The size of an import file.

Load Start Time

The time when an import file started loading.

Load End Time

The time when an import file completed loading.

Process Start Time

The time when an import file started processing.

Process End Time

The time when an import file completed processing.

Audits Summary grid

The following table describes the fields in the General tab.

Seq

Sequence number: The audit sequence number of an import file.

Action

The action performed on an import file. The values are: Load, Validate, Process, and so on.

Run start

The date and time when an action started.

Run end

The date and time when an action ended.

Unit

The type of data import, for example, file or worksheet.

No of Records

The number of records read.

No of Errors

The total number of errors related to an import action.

No of Warnings

The total number of warnings related to an import action.

Inserted

The number of records inserted.

Updated

The number of records updated.

Deleted

The number of records deleted.

Rejected

The number of records rejected.

Ignored

The number of records ignored.

The name of an import file.

Identifier

The ID of a file defined in the source application of the file.

Process Status

The current status of an import file.

Audit Detail grid

The following table describes the fields in the General tab.

Type

The type of a validation message. The values are: Error, Warning, and Information.

Line No

The line number related to a validation message.

Validation Status

The status of a record. The values are: Inserted, Updated, Deleted, and Rejected.

Data

The primary data of a validation message.

Related Data

The related data of a validation message.

Attr3–Attr6

The attribute data of a validation message.

Message

The ID of a validation message.
