Field

Description

Stock Site

The unique code to identify a site.

Store

The unique code to identify a storehouse within a site.

Delivery Request List grid

The following table describes the fields in the General tab.

Field

Description

SI

Indicates the availability of materials in a Delivery Request List (DRL). There are three statuses:

  • Red: None of the items in the DRL are available in stock.

  • Yellow: Few items in the DRL are available in stock.

  • Green: All items in the DRL are available in stock.

Production Date

The date when the material requested in a DRL is required in production.

DRL No

The unique number to identify a DRL.

DRL Type

The Type of a DRL. The values are: Material and Summary.

Project

The ID of a project related to a DRL.

Activity

The ID of an activity for which the material is required.

Time Correction

The allowed time difference between the planned starting date of an activity and the actual starting date. The unit of the time difference (days, weeks, months, and so on) is defined in the d0073 ERM System Settings dialog.

Material Allocation Id

The ID of the material allocation run which generated the related DRL.

Production Group

The production group related to the DRL.

Foreman

The name of the foreman who requires the material.

Picking List Status

Indicates the status of the picking list related to a DRL. The two statuses are:

  • WAREH: DRL in Warehouse Dispatch List

  • CPICK: Picking List Created for the DRL.

Picking List Exists

Indicates that one or more picking lists exist for a DRL, for which the material is still not picked.

Req Date

The date when the DRL is handed over to stock.

Subcontractor

The name of the subcontractor who receives the material in the DRL

Work Order

The ID of the work order through which a DRL is related to a job.

Job

The ID of the job related to a DRL. A work order contains multiple jobs.

Remark

The comments related to a DRL. When generating a picking list, the remark is copied to the picking list, but you can also update the remark individually for each picking list.

The following table describes the fields in the General tab.

SI

Indicates the availability of a DRL item in stock. There are three statuses:

  • Red: Zero holding is available in stock for the DRL item.

  • Yellow: The available stock holding for the DRL item covers some but not the complete requirement.

  • Green: The available stock holding for the DRL item covers the complete requirement.

Line Number

The number that identifies individual items in a DRL.

System

The main system related to a DRL item.

Material Category

The material category related to a DRL item.

Item Id

The unique code to identify a material.

Material Description

The description of a material.

Requested Unit

The unit of measure of the requisitioned material quantity.

Linked DRL

The DRL number related to a DRL item.

Part List No

The ID of a Part List (PL) related to a DRL item.

Pipeline Number

The pipeline number related to a DRL item.

Material Control Section

The material control section within a construction area related to a DRL item.

Construction Area

The construction area of the activity to which a DRL item is related.

MTO-Line

The Material Take-Off (MTO) line number related to a DRL item.

Sheet Number

The drawing sheet number related to a DRL item.

Discipline

The drawing discipline related to a DRL item.

Part List Line Number

The PL item number related to a DRL item.

MTO Identification

The MTO related to a DRL line item.

Model Tag Id

The Tag ID of the related 3D model from AVEVA E3D or AVEVA Marine.

Model Type Ref

The ID of the group type related to the 3D model from AVEVA E3D or AVEVA Marine

Drawing

The ID of the drawing related to a DRL item.

Requested Quantity

The quantity of material required in a DRL.

Picking Requested Qty

The maximum quantity of the outstanding request, which is available and not allocated in picking lists.

Outst Requested Qty

The quantity requested in a DRL, but not allocated to a picking list.

Available Quantity

The quantity of material available for issue to production.

If no specific Store is selected in the control block, the available quantity is determined by looking across all available storehouses within the Site related to a DRL. If a Store is selected in the control block, the available quantity is equal to the availability within the store.

Total Holding on Project

The material quantity available in stock across all sites for the selected project.

Total Holding on Site

The material quantity available in stock for the site set as Stock Site against a DRL.
