Revoke Supplier Portal access for a contact person

Revoke access to the Supplier Portal for a contact person.

Navigate to the s54000 Supplier Portal Access Control Settings screen.

To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

In the Contacts grid, select a row.

In the Contact Persons grid, select a row.

On the s54000 menu, in the Contact Person group, select Revoke Access.
A pop-up window appears.

Read the message and then select Yes.
In the Contact Persons grid, in the General tab, the Supplier Portal Access Granted checkbox is cleared.

On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
Access to the Supplier Portal is revoked for the contact person.
An email is sent to notify the contact person that access is revoked.
