Common fields in the screen

Field

Description

SI

Status Indicator: Indicates the status of a record related to validation errors, warnings, and updates.

Defined By

The ID of a user who created a record.

Defined At

The date and time when a record was created.

Updated By

The ID of a user who updated a record.

Updated At

The date and time when a record was updated.

Site

The ID of a site where an overissue material is stored.

Unit

The unit of measure for the quantity of an overissue material.

Description

Project

The ID and description of a project related to a material.

Subcontractor

The ID and name of a subcontractor assigned to receive a material. The valid values are the contacts marked as active subcontractors in the s50013 Contacts screen.

The following table describes the fields in the General tab.

Subcontractor

The ID of a subcontractor assigned to receive a material. The valid values are the contacts marked as active subcontractors in the s50013 Contacts screen.

Material Category

The ID of a material category related to a material.

Description

The description of a material.

Item Id

The ID of a material.

Site MTO Qty

The quantity of a material required across all the site Material Take-Offs (MTOs) related to the material. The value in the Site MTO Qty field is the sum of the values defined in the Adjust Total Site Qty field of all the site MTOs related to the material, in the s23001 Site MTO screen.

Picked Qty

The quantity of a material issued as part of a pick transaction in the s60031 Picking Lists screen.

Available Overissue Qty

The quantity of an overissue material available for use in a new Delivery Request List (DRL). The value in the Available Overissue Qty field, in the Materials grid, is the sum of all positive values in the Available Overissue Qty field of all the rows in the Overissue grid.

The following table describes the fields in the General tab.

Field

Description

Id

The ID of an overissue material.

Type

The type of an overissue material. The values are MTO and DRL.

Origin

The origin of an overissue material. The values are the ID of a site MTO or a DRL for which the material quantity picked from stock is more than the required quantity.

If the Origin field is empty, then the overissue material is from an outside source, not from a DRL or a site MTO item.

Overissued Qty

The excess quantity of a material issued more than the required quantity for a site MTO item.

Utilized Qty

The quantity of an overissued material used for a DRL item to avoid picking additional material from stock.

Adjustment

The quantity of a material adjusted to match the value in the Available Overissue Qty field in the Overissue grid with the quantity available at the site where the material is stored.

Available Overissue Qty

The quantity of an overissue material available for use in a new DRL. The value in the Available Overissue Qty field is the difference between the values in the Overissued Qty and the Utilized Qty fields.

If the value in the Available Overissue Qty field is negative, then the material quantity issued for a DRL exceeds the available material quantity. The system displays a warning as the material quantity utilized exceeds the available quantity.

Site MTO

The site MTO item against which an overissue material is picked from stock.

DRL

The DRL item against which an unplanned overissue material is requested or the overissue material is picked.

Adjustment

The description for an adjustment made to the value in the Available Overissue Qty field, in the Overissue grid.

Quantity

The excess quantity of a material which affects the value in the Available Overissue Qty field, in the Overissue grid.

Transaction Date

The date when the quantity of an overissue material is updated in the Available Overissue Qty field, in the Overissue grid.

Adjustment Comment

The comments related to the adjustment of an overissue material quantity.
