Add text to a TMR position

Add text to a Technical Material Requisition (TMR) position. The value in the Position text field is displayed in the TMR report.

Navigate to the s50016 Technical Material Requisition screen.

To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

In the Technical Material Requisition Header grid, select a row.

In the Position grid, select the Technical Material Requisition Position tab.

In the Technical Material Requisition Position grid, select a row.

On the s50016 menu, in the Requisition Options group, from the TMR Texts dropdown, select Add position text.
The d0071 Select Standard Text dialog appears. The dialog displays the texts defined in the s50011 Standard Texts screen.

In the Available Texts area, select the required standard text, and then select the Enter key.
The selected standard text appears in the Selected Text area.

(Optional) Edit the text according to your requirements.

Select OK.
In the Technical Material Requisition Position grid, in the Text tab, in the Position text field, the selected text appears.

To save the changes, on the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
