Create and maintain a list of Vendor Deliverables Schedule (VDS). After a Purchase Order (PO) is issued, a VDS is created with all the required documents specified in the Vendor Deliverable Requirements Schedule (VDRS) related to a PO. A VDS is created from a VDRS of a PO. You cannot create a VDS manually.
