Update a contact list of an RFQ

Update an existing contact list assigned to a Request For Quote (RFQ). The changes made to the latest issued revision of the contact list in the s50053 Contact Lists screen are copied to the list of invited suppliers related to the RFQ in the s50019 Request for Quote screen.
To update the contact list assigned to an issued RFQ, ensure you have the Can Update Contact List On Issued RFQ or Full Access rights to the s50019 Request for Quote screen. For more information on how to define UI access rights, see Assign UI rights to a user role.

Navigate to the s50019 Request for Quote screen.

To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

In the Request for Quote Header grid, select a row.
Ensure atleast one contact list is assigned to the selected RFQ. For information on how to assign a contact list, see Assign a contact list to an RFQ.

Select the Invited Suppliers tab.

On the s50019 menu, in the RFQ Options group, select Update Contact List.
Note: If multiple contact lists are assigned to the selected RFQ, in the d0381 Update contact list on RFQ to latest version dialog, select the required contact list, and then select Update Contact List.
A pop-up window appears to confirm whether you want to update the contact list to the latest issued version.

Select Yes.
The changes made to the latest issued version of the contact list are applied to the suppliers in the Invited Suppliers grid.

To save the changes, on the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
