Create an approval group

An approval group is a list of users authorized to approve a document.

Navigate to the s00051 Approval Groups screen.

To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Create.
In the Approval Groups grid, a blank row is created.

Select the General tab, in the Id field, enter the unique ID of an approval group.

(Optional) Enter the relevant details in other fields as required. For more information on all the fields, see s00051 Field descriptions.

On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
The approval group is created.
