Load procurement schedules

Filter procurement schedules and quickly access the procurement schedules in the Procurement Schedules grid.

1. Navigate to the s50039 Procurement Status screen.

2. In the Project control block, from the Project dropdown, select the ID of the required project.

3. On the s50039 menu, perform one of the following:

   • In the Critical Schedules group, select one of the following:

     • Milestone Late: To load the procurement schedules that are milestone critical, that is, the schedule affects the forecast date of the next milestone.

       If the value in the Milestone late lookahead days field is 0, the Milestone Late action loads procurement schedules that are already late for the next milestone. However, if the value in the Milestone late lookahead days field is more than 0, the Milestone Late action loads procurement schedules for which the next milestone is late for the number of days as defined in the Milestone late lookahead days field. For example, if the value in the Milestone late lookahead days field is 5, then the Milestone Late action loads procurement schedules for which the next milestone is late for five days.

     • Delivery Critical: To load the procurement schedules for which the value in the ROS Float field is less than zero.

       If the date in the Forecast field is after the date in the Required on Site at field, the value in the ROS Float field is negative.

     • Activity Critical: To load the procurement schedules for which the value in the Float on Act Start field is negative.

       If the date in the Required on Site at field is after the date in the Activity Start field, the value in the Float on Act Start field is negative.

   • In the Load Actions group, select one of the following:

     • PO Exists: To load the procurement schedules for which one or more Purchase Orders (PO) exists.

     • No PO: To load the procurement schedules for which a PO does not exist.

     • No Expediter: To load the procurement schedules with one or more POs without an expediter, or procurement schedules that do not have a related PO.

   In the Procurement Schedules grid, the relevant procurement schedules appear.
