The ID of a project related to a section. |

Status |
Indicates the status of a project. If the project is closed, then you cannot update any information for the section. |

Template |
Indicates a project is a template project. A template project is a standard project that can help set up projects with the same method and structure as the template project. If the Template checkbox is selected, the project is not included in material status calculations or budget calculations. |

The unique name of a section. |

The description of a section. |

Specification |
The ID of a specification related to a section. The valid specifications are defined and marked as active in the s22014 Specifications Registry screen. |

Process Area |
The code of a process area related to a section. The valid process areas are defined and marked as active in the s22001 Process Areas screen. |

System |
The ID of a system related to a section. The valid systems are defined and marked as active in the s10004 Set-Up Project Structure and Systems screen. |

Status |
Indicates the status of a section. If the Status checkbox is selected, the section is available for use throughout AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management. |
|
Drawing Required |
Indicates whether a drawing is required for a section. If the Drawing Required checkbox is selected, ensure the drawing is associated to a Material Take Off (MTO) with the selected section before the MTO request is approved in the s22041 General MTO screen. |
|
MTO Type |
The code of an MTO type related to a section. The valid MTO types are defined and marked as active in the s22008 MTO Types screen. |

MTO Type Description |
The description of an MTO type related to a section. |
|
MTO Count |
The number of MTO lines assigned to a section. |
