View material status transactions

The materials with Buyers Balance Quantity (BBQ) as zero, known as zero transactions, have no impact on the Balance field. The material status transactions of materials with BBQ as zero are not available by default. View material status transactions of materials with zero transactions. The material status codes represent the nature of the material transaction, for example, whether the transaction is from the technical material requisition, purchase order, and so on. The transaction codes are defined in the s50008 Material Status Codes screen.

1. Navigate to the s50022 Material Status List screen.

2. Select the Purchasing View tab.

3. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

4. In the Material grid, select one or more rows.

5. On the s50022 menu, in the View group, select Show All Transactions.

   In the Material Balance grid, in the Material Balance tab, the materials with BBQ as zero appear.
