Export RFQ follow-up details

Export Request For Quote (RFQ) follow-up details from AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management to a Microsoft Excel Workbook in .xlsx format.
In the exported file, you can update quantities, add additional costs, and modify other fields as required. However, you cannot add new positions to the RFQ. After you update the exported file, you can import the file back to AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management. For more information on how to import, see Import RFQ follow-up details.

Navigate to the s50020 Followup on Request for Quote screen.

To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

In the Request for Quotation grid, select a row.

On the s50020 menu, in the Import / Export group, select Export to Excel.
The Save As dialog appears.

Navigate to the location where you want to save the file.

In the File Name field, enter the name of the file, and select Save.
The file is exported and is available at the selected location.
