Create a DEXT exchange

A DEXT exchange is a Lua script that is invoked from the AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management Web API.

1. Navigate to the s12016 Exchange Definition screen.

2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

3. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Create.

   In the Exchanges grid, a row is created.

4. Select the General tab and enter the relevant details in the following fields:

   • Id: The unique ID of a DEXT exchange.

   • Script Path: The path to a Lua script.

     Ensure the path to the Lua script is accessible from the AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management server.

5. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.

   The DEXT exchange is created.
