Server Log files

By default, AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management server components store their log files in the C:\ProgramData\AvevaErm\Logs\<Environment>\ directory, unless a custom LogPath is specified during deployment in AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management Deployment Manager.

Within the environment-specific logs directory, the following subfolders contain logs for the server components:

  • AsyncJobQueue contains logs for the AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management Multiconsumer Service.

  • Import contains logs for the AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management Import Service, including AVEVA Catalogue Manager, AVEVA Material, AVEVA Planning, and AVEVA Production.

  • Scheduler contains logs for the AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management Scheduler.

  • Server contains logs for the AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management Server, REST API, and API components.

  • SupplierPortal contains logs for the AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management Supplier Portal.

AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management client log files are stored at C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\AVEVA\ERM\Logs\Client.
