AVEVA CONNECT authentication

To run AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management Supplier Portal, generate a client Id and secret by setting up the AVEVA CONNECT service application on the AVEVA CONNECT web page, refer to AVEVA CONNECT.

The administrator with access to the AVEVA CONNECT account is recommended to generate client Id and secret.

To create a service application

1. Navigate to the Connect web page, refer to AVEVA CONNECT.

   The connect web page appears.

2. Select Integrations, and then select Service Applications.

   

3. Select Account role and in the Roles field, select User Manager.

4. Enter the relevant details in other fields as required.

   

5. Select Create.

   The Service applications page appears. View the Client ID and Client secret.
