Add fabricates from a drawing related to a general Material Take-Off (MTO) line. If a fabricate is related to a drawing in the s20017 Fabricate Catalogue screen, then use the Relate Fabricate functionality to add all the fabricates related to the drawing as items in a general MTO line.
-
Navigate to the s22041 General MTO screen.
-
In the Current Project control block, from the Project dropdown, select the ID of the required project.
-
To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.
-
In the MTO Lines grid, select a row.
For the selected general MTO line, in the MTO Lines grid, in the General tab, in the Drawing No field, ensure a value is defined.
-
On the s22041 menu, in the Add Position group, select Relate Fabricate.
In the MTO items grid, all the fabricates related to the drawing defined in the Drawing No field appear.
-
On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
In the s20017 Fabricate Catalogue screen, in the General tab, for each fabricate added to the general MTO line, the MTO Related checkbox is selected.
