Define a state or a province for a country

After you create a country code, you can define unique codes and names for the different states or provinces within the country.

1. Navigate to the s00007 Countries screen.

2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

3. In the Countries grid, select a row.

4. Select anywhere in the State/Provinces grid.

5. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Create.

   In the State/Provinces grid, a blank row is created.

6. Select the General tab and enter the relevant details in the following fields:

   • Code: The unique code of a state or a province within a country.

   • Name: The name of the state or the province within the country.

7. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.

   The state or the province is defined for the selected country.
