Create a material allocation package filter

Create a material allocation package filter to add site Material Take-Offs (MTOs) to a material allocation package.

1. Navigate to the s23002 Material Allocation Package screen.

2. In the Current Project control block, from the Project dropdown, select the ID of the required project.

3. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

4. In the Material Allocation Package grid, select a row.

5. On the s23002 menu, in the Actions group, select Material Allocation Package Filter.

   The d0249 Filter Material Allocation Package dialog appears.

6. To define the filter properties, perform the following:

   1. From the operand dropdown, select one of the following:

      • And: To filter with all the properties.

      • Or: To filter with at least one of the properties.

   2. From the entity dropdown, select the entity for which you want to apply the filter properties.

   3. From the property dropdown, select the property related to the entity for which you want to apply the filter properties.

   4. From the operator dropdown, select the operator required to filter the data.

   5. In the value field, define the data value with which you want to apply the filter.

   Note: To add a new filter property, select the icon, and repeat step 6.

7. Select Test.

   A pop-up window with the number of site MTOs found from the filter appears.

8. To close the pop-up window, select Ok.

9. Select OK.

   The material allocation package filter is created for the selected material allocation package.
