Update a work item status code

Update the ID and description of a work item status code. The updates do not affect the functionality of the work item status codes in AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management.

The predefined work item status codes are:

  • Preliminary: The work item is defined by a user.

  • Open: The work item is assigned to a user responsible for managing the work item.

  • Final: The work item is completed and no further actions are required.

  • Cancelled: The work item is cancelled and no further actions are required. The Cancelled status is applicable only when all actions defined for a work item are completed or cancelled.

You cannot add or delete a work item status code.

  1. Navigate to the s61007 Work Item Status Codes screen.

  2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

  3. In the Status Codes grid, select a row.

  4. Select the General tab and update the relevant details in the following fields:

    • Id: The unique ID of a work item status code.

    • Description: The description of the work item status code.

  5. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.

    The work item status code is updated.
