Adjust the available overissue quantity

For a material, adjust the value in the Available Overissue Qty field to match the quantity available at the site where the material is stored.

1. Navigate to the s23004 Overissue Status screen.

2. In the Overissue Status control block, from the Project dropdown, select the ID of the required project.

3. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

4. In the Materials grid, select a row.

   In the Overissue grid, a list of overissue materials appear.

5. In the Overissue grid, select a row.

6. On the s23004 menu, in the Overissue group, select Adjust Overissued Quantity.

   The d0311 Adjust Overissued Quantity dialog appears.

7. In the Set balance to field, enter the quantity of a material available for use at the site.

8. Select Set.

   In the Details grid, in the General tab, the value in the Adjustment field is updated.
