Repair the MNC items

Repair one or more items related to a Material Non-Conformance (MNC). In the Material Non-Conformance grid, in the General tab, ensure the Status checkbox for the MNC is checked.

1. Navigate to the s60007 Maintain Material Non-Conformance screen.

2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

3. In the Material Non-Conformance grid, select a row.

   In the Affected Materials grid, a list of items related to the selected MNC appear.

4. In the Affected Materials grid, select one or more rows.

5. On the s60007 menu, in the Options group, from the Repair dropdown, select Repair for selected material.

   A pop-up window appears.

6. Perform one of the following:

   • If a material holding has an MNC, perform one of the following:

     • To repair and keep the material details, read the warning message, and then select Repair and Keep Material Details.

     • To repair and remove the material details, read the warning message, and then select Repair and Remove Material Details.

   • If the holding has other material details along with MNC, read the warning message, and then select Yes, Repair MNC.

     In the Affected Materials grid, in the General tab, the Status checkbox is cleared.

     The selected MNC items are repaired.
