Assign a role access for a layout in the single project mode

Define a role to access a screen in a specific layout using the single project mode.

1. Navigate to the s00064 Screen Management screen.

2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

3. In the Screens grid, select a row.

4. Select the Layouts tab, in the Layouts grid, select a row.

5. Select the Single Project Mode tab and select anywhere in the Roles using layout in Single Project Mode grid.

6. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Create.

   In the Roles using layout in Single Project Mode grid, a blank row is created.

7. Perform the following:

   1. From the Project dropdown, select the ID of a project for which you want to assign a role access.

   2. From the Role dropdown, select the ID of a role to access the selected layout.

      The role is assigned access to the selected layout for the selected project.

8. To save the changes, on the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
