Update a procurement milestone event

A procurement milestone event is an activity related to a procurement milestone in a procurement schedule. For example, the predefined procurement milestone events are PO created, RFQ reissued, TMR accepted, and so on.

Update the ID and description of a procurement milestone event. The updates do not affect the functionality of the procurement milestone event in AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management. You cannot add or delete a procurement milestone event.

  1. Navigate to the s50035 Procurement Milestone Events screen.

  2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

  3. In the Procurement Milestone Events grid, select a row.

  4. Select the General tab and update the relevant details in the following fields:

    • Identification: The unique ID of a procurement milestone event.

    • Description: The description of the procurement milestone event.

  5. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.

    The procurement milestone event is updated.
