Create a checking list with the specific material method

Add specific items to a checking list. You can select specific items from the material catalogue and add the items to a checking list. The selected items are associated with a specific storehouse location where the items are counted.

Navigate to the s60019 Inventory Checking screen.

To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

On the s60019 menu, in the Create/Modify Checking List group, select Create Checking Lists.
The d0049 Create Inventory Check List dialog appears.

In the Basic Settings section, from the Site Id dropdown, select the ID of the site from which you want to add items to the checking list.

In the List Definition Method section, select Select Specific Materials.

In the Selected Materials section, perform any of the following:

To add standard materials, from the Add Materials dropdown, select Standard material.
The d0001 Standard Material Multi Item Select dialog appears.

To refresh the dialog, select the F5 key.

In the Standard Materials grid, select one or more items, and then select the Enter key.
The selected standard materials appear in the Selected Items grid.

Select Insert.

To add project components, from the Add Materials dropdown, select Project Components.
The d0002 Project Component Multi Item Select dialog appears.

In the Current Project control block, from the Project dropdown, select the ID of the required project.

To refresh the dialog, select the F5 key.

In the ProjectComponent grid, select one or more items, and then select the Enter key.
The selected project components appear in the Selected Items grid.

Select Insert.

To add fabricates, from the Add Materials dropdown, select Fabricates.
The d0122 Fabricated Item Selection dialog appears.

In the Current Project control block, from the Project dropdown, select the ID of the required project.

To refresh the dialog, select the F5 key.

In the Fabricates grid, select one or more items, and then select the Enter key.
The selected fabricates appear in the SelectedFabricate grid.

Select Insert.

To add hull materials, from the Add Materials dropdown, select Hull Materials.
The d0081 Hull Material Multi Item select dialog appears.

To refresh the dialog, select the F5 key.

In the Hull Material grid, select one or more items, and then select the Enter key.
The selected hull materials appear in the Selected Items grid.

Select Insert.

To add various materials, from the Add Materials dropdown, select Various Materials.
The d0004 Various Material Multi Item Select dialog appears.

In the Current Project control block, from the Project dropdown, select the ID of the required project.

To refresh the dialog, select the F5 key.

In the VariousMaterial grid, select one or more items, and then select the Enter key.
The selected various materials appear in the Selected Items grid.

Select Insert.
In the d0049 Create Inventory Check List dialog, in the Selected Materials grid, the selected items appear.

In the Selected Locations section, perform one of the following:

To add specific locations for the selected items, select Include Selected Locations Only.

Select Add Locations.
The d0047 Storehouse Location Selection dialog appears.

In the Storehouse Locations grid, select a row.

Select the
icon.
The selected locations appear in the Selected Items grid.

Select Ok.
In the d0049 Create Inventory Check List dialog, in the Selected Locations section, in the grid, the selected locations appear.

To add all the locations in the site for the selected items, select Include All Storehouse Locations.
For the selected site, all the storehouse locations are selected.

(Optional) To check the number of items in the checking list, select Test.
You can only create a checking list, if in the Test Results section, in the Storehouse Locations and the Checking List Lines fields, the value is greater than zero.

Perform one of the following:

To create a checking list with the value in the Status field as PLANNED, select Prepare List.
For a checking list in the planning stage, the items are not added to the checking list.
A pop-up window appears.

Read the message and select Ok.

Select Exit.

To create a checking list with the value in the Status field as INPROGRESS, select Create List.
The checking list is created.
