Include a project component as a supplementary item

To include a project component as one of the supplementary items delivered to stock, ensure the project component is related to one or more supplementary items. For more information, see Define a supplementary item for a project component.

  1. Navigate to the s20010 Project Components screen.

  2. In the Current Project control block, from the Project dropdown, select the required project ID.

  3. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

  4. In the Project Component grid, select a row.

  5. Select the Supplementary Items tab.

  6. On the s20010 menu, in the Record group, select Include Proj Comp as Suppl Item.

  7. In the grid, the project component is added as a supplementary item.

  8. (Optional) Modify the supplementary item according to your requirements. For more information on all the fields, see s20010 Field descriptions.

  9. To save the changes, on the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
