Common fields in the screen

Indicates the status of a schedule. The three statuses are:

The user who created a record. |

Defined At |
The date and time when a record was created. |

Updated By |
The user who updated a record. |

Id |
The unique number to identify a schedule. |

Schedule Type |
The type of schedule such as Job, Report, or DextQuery. |

Job |
The ID of a job, report, or data extract generated by a schedule. |
|
Name |
The description of a job, report, or data extract generated by a schedule. |
|
Status |
Indicates the status of a schedule. If the Status checkbox is selected, the schedule is active and reports or data extracts are generated. |
|
Last generated at |
The most recent time a job, report, or data extract was generated by a schedule. |
|
Next generated at |
The next time a job, report, or data extract is set to be generated by a schedule. |

Remark |
The comments related to a schedule. |

Recurrence |
The recurrence interval for a schedule. |

Parameters |
The parameters applied to a report or data extract during generation. |
|
Output |
The type of output generated by a schedule. Indicates whether the generated report or data extract is saved as a file in a staging area (File) or sent to a set of recipients as an email attachment (Email). |

Export Staging Area |
The ID of the export staging area in which a file is saved when the Output of a schedule is File. |
|
File Format |
The file format of a report or data extract. If the document generated is a report, the supported file format is PDF (.pdf). If the document generated is a data extract, the following file formats are supported:

Begin Time |
The time a schedule is set to start. |
|
End Time |
The time a schedule is set to expire. Past the end time, no documents are created or sent. To reactivate the scheduler, use the Update Schedule action and change the End Time of the schedule. |

The email addresses of individuals who receive the document generated by a schedule as an attachment.You can list multiple addresses separated by a semicolon. |

CC |
Carbon Copy: The email address of a recipient who is informed about the email but is not required to take any necessary actions. |

Subject |
The subject of an email which contains the document generated by a schedule as an attachment. |
|
Text |
The text added to an email which contains the document generated by a schedule as an attachment. |
