Overwrite a material allocation run

Overwrite the contents of a material allocation run to determine whether a specific site Material Take-Off (MTO) item is included in or excluded from the material allocation run.

1. Navigate to the s23003 Material Allocation Run screen.

2. In the Current Project control block, from the Project dropdown, select the ID of the required project.

3. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

4. In the Material Allocation Run grid, select a row.

5. On the s23003 menu, in the Manage Run group, select MTO Line Item Details.

   The d0403 Select line items to include/exclude dialog opens.

6. In the grid, select a row.

7. From the Rule dropdown, select one of the following:

   • Exclude: To exclude a site MTO item from the material allocation run.

   • Include: To include a site MTO item in the material allocation run.

8. Select Ok.

   The material allocation run is modified.
