Duplicate a material allocation run

Create a copy of a material allocation run. The copy of a material allocation run includes the following details:

• All the parameters defined for the original material allocation run.

• All the material allocation packages assigned to the original material allocation run.

• All the site material take-offs manually assigned to the original material allocation run.

• All the sites assigned to the original material allocation run.

• All the storehouses assigned to the original material allocation run.

To duplicate a material allocation run

1. Navigate to the s23003 Material Allocation Run screen.

2. In the Current Project control block, from the Project dropdown, select the ID of the required project.

3. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

4. In the Material Allocation Run grid, select a row.

5. On the s23003 menu, in the Manage Schedule group, select Copy Schedule.

   In the Material Allocation Run grid, a copy of the selected material allocation run is created.

6. (Optional) Modify the duplicate material allocation run according to your requirements.

7. To save the changes, on the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
