Common fields in the screen

Field

Description

SI

Status Indicator: Indicates the status of a record related to validation errors, warnings, and updates.

Defined By

The ID of a user who created a record.

Defined At

The date and time when a record was created.

Updated By

The ID of a user who updated a record.

Updated At

The date and time when a record was updated.

Current Project control block

Field

Description

Project

The ID of a project related to a fluid code.

Description

The description of a project related to a fluid code.

Status

Indicates the status of a project. If the project is closed, then you cannot update any information for the fluid group.

Template

Indicates a project is a template project. A template project is a standard project that can help set up projects with the same method and structure as the template project. If the Template checkbox is selected, the project is not included in material status calculations or budget calculations.

The following table describes the fields in the General tab.

Fluid Code

The unique code to identify a fluid or a gas.

Description

The description of a fluid or a gas.

Status

Indicates the status of a fluid code. If the Status checkbox is selected, the fluid group is available for use throughout AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management.

Fluid Group

The ID of a fluid group related to a fluid code. The valid fluid groups are defined and marked as active in the s22003 Fluid Groups screen.

CodeList Number

The number assigned to a fluid code to determine the order of the fluid code in a list.

Corrosion Allowance

The corrosion allowance value of a fluid code.

Corrosion Allowance Unit

The unit of measure for the corrosion allowance value of a fluid code.

MOC

The material of construction value related to a fluid code.

Rev

The revision number of a fluid code.

Temperature Unit

The unit of measure for the design temperature of a fluid code. The valid values are defined and marked as active in the s00010 Standard Units screen.

Pressure Unit

The unit of measure for the design pressure of a fluid code. The valid values are defined and marked as active in the s00010 Standard Units screen.

Design Temperature 1–Design Temperature 4

The design temperature of a fluid code.

Design Pressure 1–Design Pressure 4

The design pressure of a fluid code.

Operating Temperature 1–Operating Temperature 4

The operating temperature of a fluid code.

Operating Pressure 1–Operating Pressure 4

The operating pressure of a fluid code.
