Add a contact person for a supplier

Add a contact person for an invited supplier related to a Request For Quote (RFQ). The contact person is added as an email recipient in the emails sent to the supplier.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, complete the following:

For an RFQ, in the Request for Quote Header grid, in the General tab, in the Internal status field, ensure the value is Create/Change.

For the RFQ, in the Request for Quote Header grid, in the Invited Suppliers tab, in the Invited Suppliers grid, ensure atleast one invited supplier is added to the RFQ. For more information on how to invite a supplier, see Add a supplier to an RFQ.
To add a contact person for a supplier

Navigate to the s50019 Request for Quote screen.

To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

In the Request for Quote Header grid, select a row.

Select the Invited Suppliers tab.

In the Invited Suppliers grid, select a row.
Ensure you select only a single supplier at a time.

On the s50019 menu, in the RFQ Options group, select Add Contact Person.
The d0361 Contact Persons dialog displaying all the contacts defined for the contact company selected in the Att field appears.

In the grid, select the name of the required contact person.
You can select multiple names if available.

Select Add Contact.
The email ID of the selected contact person is added to the Email Recipients field, in the Invited Suppliers grid.

To save the changes, on the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
