The title of a PO, an RFQ, or a TMR related to a package. |
|
Project |
The ID of a project related to a PO, an RFQ, or a TMR. |
|
Version |
The latest version number of a PO, an RFQ, or a TMR related to a package. |

Internal Status |
The internal status of a PO, an RFQ, or a TMR related to a package. |

Package |
The ID of a package related to a concept. When you create a package, the ID in the Package field is same as the ID in the Id field. You can update the ID in the Package field. |

Package Revision |
The revision number of a package related to a concept. |
|
Concept Version |
The version number of a concept related to a package. |
|
Issue Status |
Indicates a package is issued. If the Issue Status checkbox is selected, the documents in the package are saved as a ZIP file in your local folder. |

Sequence |
The sequence number assigned to a document in a package. |

Include Package |
Indicates a document is included in an issued package. If the Include Package checkbox is cleared, the document is not saved in the ZIP file in your local folder. |

From Concept |
Indicates a document is added to a package from a concept and not from the New Document action in the screen. |
|
From Hyperlink |
Indicates a document is converted from an existing hyperlink in a package. When a package is created, all the hyperlinks in a package are converted into documents. |

File name |
The name of a document related to a package. |
|
Description |
The description of a document related to a package. |
|
Report |
The ID of an AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management report. |
|
Document Revision |
The revision number of a document related to a package. |
