Common fields in the screen

Field	Description
Defined By	The user who created a record.
Defined Application	The application used to create a record.
Defined At	The date and time when a record was created.
Change	Indicates the nature of the version change of an Advanced Bill of Materials (ABoM) item.

Current Project control block

Field	Description
Project	The ID of a project related to an ABoM.
Description	The description of a project related to an ABoM.
Status	Indicates the status of a project. If the project is closed, you cannot update any information for the ABoM.

Advance Bill of Material Header History grid

The following table describes the fields in the General tab.

Field	Description
Header Id	The unique ID of an ABoM.
Version	The version number of an ABoM.
Material Category	The ID of a material category related to an ABoM.
Material Id	The ID of a material for which the ABoM is created.
Description	The description of a material for which the ABoM is created.
System	The ID of a system related to the material in an ABoM.
Activity	The ID of an activity related to an ABoM.
Activity Correction Time	The allowed time difference between the planned start date of an activity and the actual start date of the activity related to an ABoM.
Production Date	The date when the materials requested in an ABoM are required for production.
Quantity	The quantity of a material required in an ABoM.
Unit	The unit of measure for the value defined in the Quantity field.
Included in Material Status Calculation	Indicates the ABoM requirements are included in material status calculations.
Site	The ID of a site related to the activity defined in the Activity field.
Material Type	The code to identify the grouping of a material in an ABoM.
Dimensions	The dimensions of a material in an ABoM.
Weight	The unit weight of a material in an ABoM.

Field	Description
Technical Text	The technical information related to a material in an ABoM. The technical information is derived from the material catalogues.
Remark	The comments related to an ABoM.

Advance Bill of Material Item History grid

The following table describes the fields in the General tab.

Field	Description
Line	The unique ID of an ABoM item.
Version	The version number of an ABoM item.
System Id	The ID of a system related to an ABoM item.
Activity	The ID of an activity related to an ABoM item.
Correction Time	The allowed time difference between the planned start date of an activity and the actual start date of the activity related to an ABoM item.
Production Date	The date when the ABoM item is required for production.
Quantity	The required quantity of an ABoM item.
Unit of Measure	The unit of measure for the value defined in the Quantity field.
Site Id	The ID of a site related to the activity defined in the Activity field.

The following table describes the fields in the External Info tab

External Reference	The ID of an ABoM item as defined in the external application from which the ABoM item is transferred.
External Group Reference	The group reference of an ABoM item as defined in the external application from which the ABoM item is transferred.
External TAG Id	The TAG ID of an ABoM item as defined in the external application from which the ABoM item is transferred.
