View activity status from s21001

View the list of activities with outstanding requirements that require billing into a Delivery Request List (DRL), to select and use an activity in the DRL header.

  1. Navigate to the s21001 Delivery Request Lists screen.

  2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

  3. In the Delivery Request List grid, select a row.

  4. On the s21001 menu, in the Options group, select Show Activity Status.

    The d0006 Activity Status dialog appears.

  5. To refresh the dialog, select the F5 key.

  6. To view activities with outstanding materials to be requested in a DRL, select the Only non-requested materials checkbox.

  7. In the Activity grid, select an activity with outstanding requirements from a part list.

  8. Select Ok.

    The Activity field in the General tab is updated with the ID of the activity you selected in the d0006 Activity Status dialog.

  9. To save the changes, on the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
