Delete a general MTO revision

Delete the current revision of a general Material Take-Off (MTO) line.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, complete the following:

  • Ensure you save all the changes in the s22041 General MTO screen.

  • For a general MTO line, in the MTO Lines grid, in the General tab, in the MTO Status field, ensure the value is not Superseded or Retired.

  • Ensure the MTO items related to a general MTO line are not assigned to a delivery request list or a picking list.

To delete a general MTO revision

  1. Navigate to the s22041 General MTO screen.

  2. In the Current Project control block, from the Project dropdown, select the ID of the required project.

  3. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

  4. In the MTO Lines grid, select a row.

  5. On the s22041 menu, in the Workflow group, from the Discard dropdown, select Delete Revision.

    A pop-up window appears.

  6. Select Yes, Delete Revision.

    The current revision of the general MTO line is deleted and the previous revision is reinstated.

    In the MTO Lines grid, in the General tab, the Version field is updated.

  7. To save the changes, on the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
