View the approval status of a bid update request

View the details related to the approval status of a bid open request or a bid due date extension request related to a Request For Quote (RFQ).

1. Navigate to the s50020 Followup on Request for Quote screen.

2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

3. In the Request for Quotation grid, select a row.

4. In the Details grid, select the Requests tab.

5. In the Requests grid, select a row.

6. On the s50020 menu, in the RFQ Requests group, select Approval Status.

   The d0204 Approval Status dialog appears. View the log related to the approval workflow of the bid update request.

7. (Optional) To view the history of the previous approval workflows related to the bid update request, in the Response section, select Tracking.

   If the approval workflow is set up using AVEVA Work Tasks, then the d0372 Work Tasks Audit dialog appears.

   If the approval workflow is set up using Windows Workflow Foundation, then the d0206 Approval Flow Tracking dialog appears.

8. To close the dialog, select Close.
