Copy original estimates from s10006

Copy original estimate splits to the budget or forecast splits. Before you begin, in the Related Data grid, in the Org Est Split tab, in the grid, ensure a record exists.

1. Navigate to the s10006 Project System Budget screen.

2. In the Current Project control block, from the Project dropdown, select the ID of the required project.

3. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

4. In the Levels and Systems grid, select a row.

5. In the Systems grid, select a row.

6. In the Related Data grid, perform one of the following:

   • To copy original estimate splits to budget splits, perform the following:

     1. Select the Budget Split tab.

     2. On the s10006 menu, in the Copy/Import Split values group, select Copy Org Est.

     The original estimates from the Org Est Split tab are copied to the Budget Split tab.

     In the Budget Split tab, in the grid, the copied rows appear.

   • To copy original estimate splits to forecast splits, perform the following:

     3. Select the F.Cast Split tab.

     4. On the s10006 menu, in the Copy/Import Split values group, select Copy Org Est.

     The original estimates from the Org Est Split tab are copied to the FCast Split tab.

     In the FCast Split tab, in the grid, the copied rows appear.

7. To save the changes, on the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
