Change the position of the quick access toolbar

You can move the Quick Access Toolbar (QAT) to below the ribbon area or above the ribbon area.

• To move the QAT perform one of the following:

  • To move the QAT to below the ribbon area, right-select the ribbon area and select Show Quick Access Toolbar below the Ribbon.

    The QAT appears below the ribbon area.

  • To move the QAT to above the ribbon area, right-select the ribbon area and select Show Quick Access Toolbar above the Ribbon.

    The QAT appears above the ribbon area.
