Manage RFQ approval using Windows Workflow Foundation

For a project related to a Request For Quote (RFQ), if the approval workflow is set up using the Windows Workflow Foundation (WWF) approval engine, then you can approve or reject the RFQ using the d0204 Approval Status dialog. Ensure you are added as an approver in the approval group related to the approval workflow.

Navigate to the s50019 Request for Quote screen.

To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

In the Request for Quote Header grid, select a row.
Ensure the selected RFQ is related to the project for which you set up the RFQ approval workflow.

On the s50019 menu, in the RFQ Options group, select Approval Status.
The d0204 Approval Status dialog appears.

As an approver, in the Response section, select one of the following:

Approve: To approve an RFQ.

Reject: To reject an RFQ.

Cancel: To cancel the ongoing approval workflow of an RFQ.
Ensure you enter a valid reason in the Remark field when you cancel or reject an RFQ.

To close the d0204 Approval Status dialog, select Close.
