Ribbon shortcuts or hot keys

Use the keyboard keys to work with the ribbon functionalities or commands.

1. Select the Alt key.

   The shortcut keys over each available menu on the ribbon appear.

   

2. Select the letter of the menu which contains the functionality or command you want to use. For example, to work with the Home menu actions, select the H key.

   The shortcut keys over each available action on the ribbon appear.

   

3. Select the letter that appears over the action you want to use. For example, to create a duplicate row, select the D key.

   A duplicate row for the selected row in the data grid is created.

   Note: Select the Esc or the Alt keys to cancel the ribbon hot keys.
