Assign report rights to a user role

As an administrator, for a user, assign access rights to a report directly using the Report Rights tab in the s00030 Roles screen. Alternatively, you can also assign report rights using the UI Rights tab. For more information, see Assign UI rights to a user role.

Navigate to the s00030 Roles screen.

To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

In the Roles grid, select a row.

Select the Report Rights tab and select anywhere in the Report Rights grid.

On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Create.
A blank row is created.

From the Report dropdown, select the required report.

To save the changes, on the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
