Add fabricate part list items to a DRL

Add items from a fabricate part list to a Delivery Request List (DRL).

Prerequisites

Before you begin, complete the following:

• Ensure the status of the DRL is DRL Not Completed.

• Ensure the DRL is related to a work order based on batched fabricates.

To add fabricate part list items to a DRL

1. Navigate to the s21001 Delivery Request Lists screen.

2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

3. In the Delivery Request List grid, select a row.

4. On the s21001 menu, in the Add Positions group, from the From Project Requirements dropdown, select Fab Part List.

   The d0121 Item Selection From Fab Part List dialog appears.

5. To refresh the dialog, select the F5 key.

   All the materials related to fabricates in the corresponding work order appear.

6. In the Fabricate Items grid, select one or more items, and then select the Enter key.

   The selected items appear in the Selected Items grid.

7. In the Selected Items grid, in the Sel Qty field, enter the required quantity for each item.

8. Select Insert.

   The items appear in the Line Item grid.

9. (Optional) Enter the relevant details in other fields as required. For more information on all the fields, see s21001 Field descriptions.

10. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.

    The fabricate part list items are added to the DRL.
