View the history of a material summary

View information about different versions of a material summary.

1. Navigate to the s21026 Material Summaries screen.

2. In the Project control block, from the Project dropdown, select the ID of the required project.

3. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

4. In the Summaries grid, select a row.

5. On the s21026 menu, in the Options group, select View Summary History.

   The d0332 Material Summary History dialog appears.

   In the Summary Versions grid, view the version details of a material summary.

   In the Summary Version Content grid, view the material take-off or part list details of a version of the material summary.
