Create a piping specification

Use a piping specification to define data related to a pipeline.

1. Navigate to the s22014 Specifications Registry screen.

2. In the Current Project control block, from the Project dropdown, select the required project ID.

3. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

4. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Create.

   In the Specifications Registry grid, a blank row is created.

5. Select the General tab and enter the relevant details in the following fields:

   • Specification: The unique ID of a piping specification.

   • Description: The description of the piping specification.

6. (Optional) Enter the relevant details in other fields as required. For more information on all the fields, see s22014 Field descriptions.

7. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.

   The specification is created.
