Deactivate a user profile

Deactivate a user profile to block the user from accessing AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management. You can select multiple user profiles and deactivate all the user profiles simultaneously using the Activate/De-Activate functionality.

1. Navigate to the s00003 Users screen.

2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

3. In the User grid, select a row.

4. On the s00003 menu, in the Bulk Updates group, select Activate/De-Activate.

   For the selected user profile, in the General tab, the Status checkbox is cleared.
