Create a site MTO

A site Material Take-Off (MTO) is used by a site controller to manage quantities, priorities, and start dates for material allocation to support construction activities.

  1. Navigate to the s23001 Site MTO screen.

  2. In the Current Material control block, from the Project dropdown, select the ID of the required project.

  3. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

  4. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Create.

    In the Site MTO grid, a row is created.

  5. Select the General tab and perform the following:

    1. In the MTO Identification field, enter the unique ID of a site MTO.

    2. From the Construction Area dropdown, select the ID of a construction area for the site MTO.

    3. From the Delivery Designation dropdown, select the ID of a delivery designation for the site MTO.

    4. From the Site Id dropdown, select the ID of a site for the site MTO.

  6. (Optional) Enter the relevant details in other fields as required. For more information on all the fields, see s23001 Field descriptions.

  7. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.

    The site MTO is created.
