Add an overissued item to a picking list

Add an overissued item from stock to a picking list.

1. Navigate to the s60031 Picking Lists screen.

2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

3. In the Picking List grid, select a row.

4. In the Line Items grid, select the Overissued tab.

5. In the Overissued Items grid, select a row.

6. On the s60031 menu, in the Actions group, from the Replace Pick Suggestion dropdown, select Change Overissue To Picking List Item.

   The d0375 Change Overissue to Picking List Item dialog appears.

7. In the Stock Holding grid, select a row.

8. In the Req Quantity field, enter the quantity of the overissued item you want to move to the picking list.

9. Select Ok.

   A pop-up window appears.

10. To close the pop-up window, select Ok.

    In the Line Items grid, in the Items tab, in the Items grid, the selected overissued item appears.
