Common fields in the screen

Field	Description
SI	Status Indicator: Indicates the status of a record related to validation errors, warnings, and updates.
Defined By	The ID of a user who created a record.
Defined At	The date and time when a record was created.
Updated By	The ID of a user who updated a record.
Updated At	The date and time when a record was updated.

Project Milestones tab

The following table describes the fields in the Current Project control block.

Field	Description
Project	The ID of a project related to a milestone.
Description	The description of a project related to a milestone.
Status	Indicates the status of a project. If the Status checkbox is cleared, you cannot update any information for the milestone related to the project.
Template	Indicates a project is a template project. A template project is a standard project that can help set up projects with the same method and structure as the template project. If the Template checkbox is selected, the project is not included in material status calculations or budget calculations.

In the Milestones grid, the following table describes the fields in the General tab.

Field	Description
Sequence	The sequence number assigned to a project milestone.
Default Name	The default name of a project milestone.
New Name	The name that replaces the default name of a project milestone.
Display on VDRS	Indicates a project milestone is displayed in the VDRS (Vendor Deliverable Requirements Schedule) tab throughout AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management.
