Delete an RFQ revision

Delete the current revision of a Request For Quote (RFQ). You cannot delete an RFQ revision if the RFQ is already transferred to third party systems or referenced in other screens.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, complete the following:

If the current RFQ revision is issued, ensure you have the Can Delete Issued Revision or Full Access UI rights to the s50019 Request For Quote screen.

If the current RFQ revision is not issued, ensure you have the Write or Full Access UI rights to the s50019 Request For Quote screen.

To delete an RFQ revision

Navigate to the s50019 Request for Quote screen.

To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

In the Request for Quote Header grid, select a row.

On the s50019 menu, in the RFQ Options group, from the Discard dropdown, select Delete Revision.
A pop-up window appears.

Select Yes, Delete Revision.
The current revision of the RFQ is deleted and the previous revision is reinstated.
In the General tab, the Version and the Version Raised Date fields are updated.

To save the changes, on the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
