Print a label for an item in a delivery note position

Print a label for an item in a delivery note. You can select the number of labels you want to print for an item.

Prerequisites:

Before you begin, complete the following:

  1. In the Delivery Note grid, in the General tab, in the Rec Type field, ensure the value is not Shipping Note Receipt.

  2. For a delivery note, in the Positions grid, perform one of the following:

    1. For a delivery note of receipt type Free Receipt, in the Free Issue Material tab, in the Free Issue Material grid, in the General tab, in the Received Qty field, ensure a value is defined.

    2. For a delivery note of receipt type PO/MMT Receipt, in the Po Items tab, in the Po items grid, in the General tab, in the Received Qty field, ensure a value is defined.

To print a label for an item in a delivery note position

  1. Navigate to the s60028 Stock item Delivery Registration screen.

  2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

  3. In the Delivery Note grid, select a row.

  4. In the Position grid, perform one of the following:

    • If the receipt type of the delivery note is Free Receipt, in the Free Issue Material tab, in the Free Issue Material grid, select a row.

    • If the receipt type of the delivery note is PO/MMT Receipt, in the Po Items tab, in the Po items grid, select a row.

  5. On the s60028 menu, in the View group, from the Print dropdown, select Print Material Label.

    The d0175 Print Labels dialog appears.

  6. From the Printer dropdown, select a printer.

  7. To define the quantity of a label you want to print, perform one of the following:

    • To print one label, in the Default area, select Qty 1.

    • To manually define the quantity of a label, perform the following:

      1. In the Default area, select Qty empty.

      2. In the Print Label grid, select a row.

      3. In the Label Qty field, enter the quantity of the label.

    • Select Ok.

      The label is printed for the selected item.
